I’m Poppy
Hi there! I’m Poppy and if there is one thing I am passionate about it is that everyone should get the best education possible.
- I’ve spent my entire school career figuring out how to make school work best for me and there is a lot I have learned. I had disruptions due to the COVID-19 pandemic as well as the natural struggles school can bring.
- Now I am committed to helping you! I am an experienced tutor in a variety of subjects and I want to help you progress to the next stage in your education.
- Whether you are trying to get a pass in your English GCSE or trying to ace your Personal Statement, I can offer you the support to help you succeed.
- I am now a student, and aspiring Barrister, at a top UK Russel Group University studying Law and I want to use my success to help you.
My Credentials
- Achieved 11 GCSEs at 6-9, including 8/7s (A*/A) in all Core Subjects
- AAB at A Level, with an additional B in EPQ
- Study Law at a Russell Group University
- Experience teaching in a range of settings
- Experience teaching a vast range of ages from 18-months to 18-years
- DBS Certified and Safeguarding Trained

How much does your tutoring cost?
- Services are priced according to level and length of session
- All pricing information and terms are available in my Tutoring Agreement
Do you do group bookings?
- I do not offer group bookings at this time. This is to better prioritse individual learning and devote as much time to a student as possible!
When are you available?
- I am able to tailor my availability to you, schedules and time permitting. I am available both during the day and in the evening, on weekends, as well as during school holidays.
- More information is available in my Tutoring Agreement.
- Note: My time and availability will become more limited in the run up to exam season, so it is advised you book further in advance in order to guarantee a session.
What can I expect in a tutoring session?
- I tailor each session to you and your needs, using my experience to help you progress. Using a wide variety of methods such as active recall and exam technique, I will help you in whatever way you need.
